Veterinary tests and medication are charged separately by your vet.
A few things to arrange before your appointment.
Discuss the questions with everyone at home and include any differing accounts. Each pet involved needs a separate questionnaire.
Ask your vet to send a referral and full clinical history. Appointments are confirmed once the questionnaires, referrals and histories have arrived.
Footage at home or on a walk may help. Do not provoke a reaction or put a person or animal at risk to record it; the team will guide you if specific footage is needed.
Practical details
Referrals, appointments, follow-up and fees, in one place.
Yes. Each pet needs a referral and full medical history. You or the team can request these from your vet. Appointments are confirmed once the questionnaires, referrals and histories are received. Referral guidance.
Aggression, reactivity, fear, anxiety, noise sensitivity, over-arousal, separation difficulties, guarding, handling concerns and changes with possible medical or pain-related contributors.

The consultation fee is for the consultation, not each pet. Separate questionnaires, referrals and histories are still needed for every animal involved.
